CSP-SW and SvalTech have a reseller partnership whereby SvalTech can sell and support the CSP software product CHRONOS is North America. Under the terms of this agreement SvalTech will perform sales and marketing activities, conduct trials with prospects, execute sales agreements, provide installation and education services and provide product support functions. CSP will provide product fixes and upgrades. |
